MIGRATION NOTICE

These Terms set out the process for all existing Ucraft users (“Users”) to transition to version “Ucraft V2” (hereinafter can be referred to as “Notice”)
1. Migration Requirement
Please read carefully before making your decision.
All Users must decide within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Notice whether to:
- Migrate to Ucraft V2 by signing in and completing verification, OR
- Reject migration and receive a refund
2. Migration to Ucraft V2
2.1 By signing in to Ucraft V2, you agree to transfer your account, subscription, and data to the new platform immediately.
2.2 Ucraft V2 offers a revised scope of services designed to provide better and more stable support for business needs, with new features, updated terms, and different pricing plans.
2.3 Your use of Ucraft V2 will be subject to its Terms of Service.
3. Refund Option
3.1 If you choose not to migrate, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your current subscription.
3.2 Refunds will be processed to your registered or confirmed bank account within thirty (30) days.
3.3 Upon refund, your subscription will terminate, and your access to services will end.
4. Deadline and Effect
- Migrate to Ucraft V2 by signing in and completing verification, OR
- Reject migration and receive a refund

6. Final Provisions
6.1 Any outstanding fees must be settled prior to migration or refund.
6.2 Ucraft reserves the right to amend these Terms as required by law or operational needs.
6.3 These Terms are governed by the law of the place where Ucraft is based, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
